Solidworks (Evening) Introduces new users to the Solidworks tools and basic modeling techniques. Class will provide the student with an understanding of Solidworks, including the creation of parts, assemblies and drawings. 30 hours/10 weeks: Wednesday $265

Welding (Day) This 900 hour program is designed for the adult student to learn the fundamentals of the welding field. The student will learn: Introduction to safety, Shielded Metal Arc Welding/Stick, Theory of operation, Electrode Selection, welding Positions, Joint Design and Fit MIG, TIG, Oxyacetylene, Blue Print and Symbols reading. Forklift training is also available. American Welders Society (ACW) certification is available. Funding may be available through the Careerlink. PA State Approved. Clearances required. Blueprint Reading Basics (Evening) This course is a 12 hour class designed to teach individuals to learn to properly read construction blueprints. Some topics included in the class are principles of drawing; construction symbols; reading residential and commercial plans. 12 hours/2 weeks: Tuesday and Thursday $50.00
Basic Household Wiring (Evening) Learn the proper methods of performing repair and new residential wiring as prescribed aby the National Electric Code. This course explores the fundamental concepts of electrical safety; device boxes; conductors and cables and troubleshooting. 30 hours/10 weeks: Wednesday $200
PA State Inspection Class (Evening) Evening course for passenger cars, light trucks, motorcycles and heavy duty vehicles. Class will consist of classroom and hands-on instruction. Participants must have valid driver’s licenses. Total time is 12 hours; 3 nights plus tactile hours. Tuesday and Thursday Costs: $170 for Category 1; additional $40 for Category 2; $40 test and $40 tactile for Category 3.
PA State Inspection Recertification Review (Evening) This course is 3 hour and is designed as a basic refresher course to assist in preparation of the PA State Inspection exam. Cost $35
Certified Nurse Aid (Evening) Learn the skills necessary to work in a long term care, acute care, home care or private duty facility. This is a 120 hour class which includes theory and clinical experience included. Requirements: Physical Exam, 2-step manteaux TB test, PA Criminal Check, FBI Criminal Check, if a non-resident or lived in PA for less than two years. This class is PA State approved. Cosmetology (Day) An instructional program that prepares individuals to apply technical knowledge and skills related to experiences in a variety of beauty treatments including hair, skin, and hands. Students will lean techniques of hair styling, setting, cutting, dyeing, tinting and bleaching; permanent waving, facials, manicuring and hand and arm massaging. Call for more information.
Nail Technician (Day) Learn the art of nail technology and earn your hours for a state license as a manicurist. This 200-hour course includes instruction in all aspects of nail care including application and removal of artificial mail and nail tips, various manicure and pedicure treatments, hand and feet massage techniques and all safety and sanitation measures. Master Teacher of Cosmetology (Day) This course is designed to help others to become a cosmetologist. As a Master Teacher you will be able to teach other the skills necessary to be a cosmetologist. The student will be able to sit for licensing by the State Board of Cosmetology after completion of 500 hours AND successful completion of the Master Teacher of Cosmetology program.
