Students will learn skills in retail, selecting merchandise, materials, and supplies, controlling costs, maximizing profits, proper storage of supplies and materials, kitchen safety, cooking and baking, dining room services, commercial laundry services, commercial housekeeping/custodial, proper use of equipment, building maintenance, and groundskeeping.
