The NOCTI Performance Exam is a hands-on, skill-based assessment designed to measure a learner's practical competence and job readiness in a specific career and technical education (CTE) field. Administered by the National Occupational Competency Testing Institute (NOCTI), it serves as the practical half of a two-part credentialing system—the other half being a knowledge-based, multiple-choice written exam.
