Apprenticeships
Fayette CTI students have the opportunity to participate in several pre-apprenticeships registered with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, with new programs always in development.
A pre-apprenticeship prepares students to transition into apprenticeships after high school by teaching the foundational skills necessary to be successful and by creating direct pathways into the apprenticeships. Students who successfully complete the pre-apprenticeships will receive advanced standing in their future apprenticeships, such as a higher pay grade, recognition of previous certifications, preferential hiring, and many more.
Upon completion, pre-apprentices receive an industry-recognized certificate from the PA Department of Labor and Industry, in addition to various other certifications earned throughout their programs.
